NOTES:
1. The reservation will only be confirmed upon proof of payment for the requested options and the return of this form, signed, at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm within this period will result in the reservation being released to another applicant.
2. When used for parallel exhibition to the event (tables/stands), the foyer will be charged daily according to the above table.
3. Please note that ABM does not provide tables or counters for exhibitions. These must be provided by the renter.
4. ABM is not responsible for participants' personal belongings or for the equipment used in events held on its premises.
5. The scheduled times for the event, especially the ending time, must be strictly observed to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
6. ABM reserves the right to turn off the air conditioning units and lights 15 minutes after the scheduled end time.
7. It is not permitted to stick or attach materials to the internal or external walls of the Auditoriums and Foyer.
8. Coffee break services may only be provided by companies accredited by ABM or companies that sign a responsibility agreement.
9. Equipment reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
10. Meals are not allowed inside the Auditoriums.
11. In case of cancellation or change of date, we must be informed at least 48 hours in advance. If this does not occur, the reserved daily rates will be charged.
12. Daily rates must be paid no later than 24 hours before the event.
