The success of an event depends, above all, on meticulous planning and the proper execution of all its component stages. To maintain this standard of quality, ABM Educação Permanente is responsible for:
Assist the Organizing Committee
Suggest the location and period for holding the event
Prepare a forecast of income and expenses
Hold meetings with sponsors
Plan, contract, and produce graphic materials
Assist in hiring a Press Office
Manage the Secretariat's activities, including IT services
Supervise the company responsible for the event's signage.
Contact and hire, in mutual agreement with the Organizing Committee
Graphic services, travel agency, official bank, and other services
Define the company responsible for setting up the commercialized spaces, as well as market spaces for parallel exhibitions
Hire and supervise the company responsible for the event signage
Plan and supervise the social program together with the chosen official travel agency
Keep the Organizing Committee informed about unforeseen or excessive expenses related to the event
Manage the local secretariat
Prepare a final financial report and a complete mailing list of event participants
